How to Use Epimedyumlu Macun:

1. Tear Open
   Gently tear or cut open the sachet from the top.

2. Consume Directly
   Squeeze the honey directly into your mouth. No water needed.

3. Timing
   Take one sachet 15–30 minutes before physical activity, studying, or when you need an energy boost.

4. Frequency
   Use up to 2 sachets per day. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

5. Storage
